Each of us at AgencyPort has had to face the cold hard truth at some point: we’re in a very uncool business. None of us grew up dreaming about working in insurance technology. But, like our grandmothers taught us, we’ve learned to make lemonade—vats of it! (We’ve found that adding some rum on occasion helps.) And you know what? We have a ton of fun.
We develop leading web platforms for the top P&C companies in the country, and we challenge each other every day to find better ways of doing things—keeping us all on our toes. We understand that if we want to continue to be number one in our field, we need to attract and keep the best and the brightest. So we make it fun to work here. Yes, we work really hard. But at the end of the day, we’ve worked side by side with really smart people who are completely passionate about their work; we’ve made a tangible difference in a fast growing industry; and we may even have played a spirited game of Guitar Hero or rocked a dance-off at an '80s club.
