The rankings, conducted by insurance technology analyst firm Novarica, recognize solution providers whose technology delivers exemplary value to their customers. They are based on surveys of senior technology and operational executives at insurer, reinsurer and financial institution clients who have direct experience with the vendor product and organization. Both Agencyport solutions, AgencyPortal™ and AgencyConnect™, were ranked high in the areas of Staff, Organization, Function and Technology, receiving overall scores of 97 and 96 on a 100 point scale, respectively. Additionally, AgencyPortal™ received 99 out of 100, and AgencyConnect™ received 98 out of 100 in the category of Overall Customer Satisfaction. Novarica's Gold Ranking status is achieved when ten customers review a specific solution.
